Maintenance Team Role

The role of the maintenance team is a tough job. It will involve moving product in and out of a freezer and up and down stairs with heavy loads. It will get you dirty washing dishes and cleaning bathrooms. This job requires a person who can work alone and unsupervised and still get the job done.

Type of position:

Responsibilities of the maintenance team:

• Clean all areas of the restaurant
• Troubleshoot equipment and other facilities issues
• Clean dishes
• Rotate chicken
• Take out the trash
• Serve other team members when needed
• Multitask quickly, but thoroughly
• Rotate stock for the kitchen and front of the house
• Work standing for several hours at a time
• Lift heavy loads
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other assigned duties
