Supervisor de Mantenimiento - Centro de Evaluación

CARGO/RESPONSABILIDADES Supervisar al personal de mantenimiento asignado. Mantener la limpieza del interior y exterior de la instalación. Realizar reparaciones que requieran habilidades como carpintería, pintura, plomería y electricidad. Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo de los sistemas de refrigeración/calefacción y agua caliente doméstica. Asegurar que se realice y documente el mantenimiento y la inspección periódica de ascensores, sistemas de rociadores, sistema de alarma contra incendios y extintores de incendios. Organizar y supervisar a contratistas externos según se indique. Recibir y almacenar las entregas de suministros de mantenimiento y oficina. Mover muebles según sea necesario. Ser miembro del equipo de seguridad contra incendios. Participar en simulacros de incendio. De guardia para emergencias, lo que puede requerir horarios tempranos o tardíos. Tareas relacionadas asignadas. HORAS Tiempo completo, 37.5 horas por semana Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. CUALIFICACIONES Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED requerido. Cinco años de experiencia en mantenimiento de edificios, la experiencia en oficios es útil. Experiencia previa en supervisión. Capacidad de usar discreción y juicio independiente. Certificado de aptitud para Director de Seguridad contra Incendios. Capacidad de comunicarse en inglés. Bilingüe inglés/español preferible. Licencia de conducir válida requerida.
