Compensation Our pay ranges begin at $21 - $24/hour, dependent upon existing experience. ACCESS Los Angeles also offers shift differentials: Shift hours worked between 7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour 11pm-7am = additional $3/hour any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour What makes the best candidates?
