Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

Summary Provide high-end clienteling and sales support on the retail floor to meet individual and store sales and consignment targets. Maintain and expand a personal client book while promoting events and delivering exceptional, personalized customer service. Support store operations including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and upkeep of the store image. Responsibilities Achieve individual and store sales and consignment goals through proactive selling and product knowledge Capture and maintain customer information in the database and follow up with clients after transactions Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and grow client book Handle shipping, alterations, and resolve client‑related issues consistently Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and maintaining the store presentation Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred Service-oriented with a passion for luxury products and design Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Foreign language skills are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
