About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at LA Gymnastics Center as a Long Term Front Desk Admin for our Beverly Hills studio! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting young athletes and their families.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries.

Schedule classes and appointments using our management software.

Handle registration and enrollment processes for new and returning students.

Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Assist in managing payments and billing inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service to parents and students.

Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.

Coordinate communication between coaches, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a sports or fitness environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using office software and gym management systems.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Passion for gymnastics and working with children.
