We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Wastewater Technologist in Dallas. 

As part of our team, you’ll engage as a subject matter expert in wastewater treatment technologies. You’ll leverage your expertise in process evaluations, pilot-scale testing, treatment technologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks to collaborate with our team to strategize and deliver meaningful solutions for wastewater treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe. You’ll also engage in project management, business development, and strategic positioning leadership roles as part of our local, regional, and national client engagement, technical solutions, and ing and sales teams.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred) 
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license 
  
• 15+ years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience with wastewater and/or industrial treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and design 
  
• Proven experience working on wastewater treatment projects 
  
• Related project management and task leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and tasks 
  
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory frameworks related to wastewater treatment 
  

Ideally, you'll also have: 

• Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred) 
• 20+ years of direct experience in wastewater treatment 
• Experience with diverse wastewater liquids and solids processes, including resource recovery 
• Professional Engineer license in Texas, or the ability to obtain Texas licensure through reciprocity 

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

155,600.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

272,300.00

The base salary range for this position is $155,600.00 to $272,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
