If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.ResponsibilitiesPlans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of various sizesPerforming engineering work in process design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering services and construction managementResponsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standardsWorks on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepares cost estimates for various water projectsPrepares technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projectsSupervise or coordinate the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering10+ years of water/wastewater project experienceExperience includes water treatment facilities, water transmission/distribution projects, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planningRegistration as a Professional Engineer in TexasApplication of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniquesMust have demonstrated experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standardsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and manage project teamsWork well in a team environmentAbility to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraintsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in environmental engineeringDesign and construction phase experienceCompensation RangeAn employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.Other Compensation and BenefitsCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
