About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end when riders need help. You'll handle incoming calls with a calm, confident approach—solving problems, answering questions, and turning rough rides into smooth experiences. Whether you're helping someone find their driver or resolving a payment issue, you’ll be making a real impact every day.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls from riders
Troubleshoot issues with app functionality, rides, or payments
Deliver helpful, friendly, and on-brand support with every interaction
Guide users step-by-step to find solutions fast
Keep accurate records of interactions and issues
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days
Work with teammates and supervisors to share feedback and improve processes
Qualifications

Ability to multitask across systems while keeping your customer first
Experience in customer service, rideshare support, retail, or hospitality is a plus
Flexibility to work different shifts
Must Haves
18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work on-site at our Pittsburgh, PA office
