Job Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in a primarily center-based settings with occasional home-based services as needed. Teach important life skills like communication, play, self-help, and social skills using proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods. Work closely with an onsite BCBA who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and real-time support during your sessions Collect data and document sessions accurately. Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism. Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth). *Please Note: This position requires working with a range of children who may exhibit challenging behaviors. Flexible schedule: Shifts vary Monday – Friday (No weekends!) from 8:15am- 12:15pm; 12:45pm – 4:45pm. (Evening shifts 4:45pm – 7:15pm available during the school year) Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma Transportation: Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing and able to travel between different sites. We offer Mileage Reimbursements.
