Assembly Auditor- Off Shift (4:30pm-2:30am)US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Auditor to join our 3rd shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll ensure the quality and accuracy of production kits by inspecting small parts and subassemblies according to AQL standards and internal procedures. You'll work closely with production teams to identify defects, log inspection data, and support a defect-free product flow across the assembly floor.Responsibilities:Inspect finished production kits and document disposition resultsFollow AQL standards and quality inspection proceduresUpdate kit status in the database based on inspection outcomesLearn part-specific defects and tolerance levels to determine acceptabilityNotify Shift Lead of any quality concerns or inconsistenciesPrioritize audits for expedited and same-day shipping requestsMaintain a steady work pace without compromising qualityLog production scrap and extra parts in designated tracking systemsRecord audit results in the audit trackerTransport audited kits to finished goods areaMust Haves:High school diploma or GEDFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database softwareAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to work independently while maintaining high attention to detailUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
