Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Kennewick, WAWork Schedule: Monday - Friday hours vary between 7:30am - 7:30pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as neededJob Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Qualified to perform moderately complexity testing as defined by CLIAPerform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collecting payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy LicensePreferred Qualifications:• 3 or more months of phlebotomy experienceAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.Able to pass a standardized color blindness testBe at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving recordReliable transportation and clean driving recordValid Driver's LicenseFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsPay Range: $19.75 - $27.69 per hourFloat Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursementAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
