Product & Agricultural Technical Support Specialist BH Job ID: BH-4284-2 SF Job Req ID: Technical Support Specialist Summary Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues. Manage new user access and control customer access. Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists. Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues. All other related duties. Conditions Start date: as soon as possible Salary: based on experience Workplace: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville Qualifications Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology or related field. Two years of experience in a similar position. Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing. Spanish (a plus). In-depth knowledge of hardware and software. Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers. Basic knowledge of electronics. Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system. Strong sense of customer service. Ability to work well with people. Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
