Charles Gabus Ford is seeking a Delivery Coordinator who has excellent customer service skills, is technology-oriented, has strong verbal/written communications skills, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ford makes customer service a top priority so candidates must be friendly, have an outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, and maintain a professional appearance. Responsibilities Show commitment to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles, accessories and technology Give customers in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, Bluetooth, etc... Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership Requirements Prior experience working with customers (required) Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career Must be at least 18 years old to apply Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening Benefits 1 week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) 12 days Paid Time Off (after 6 months) Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Tenure!
