An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist interested in making a meaningful impact during a maternity leave coverage in a supportive school setting. This contract position begins in March and continues through June 10, 2027, providing consistent, full-time hours at 37.5 per week. The role is well-suited for both experienced SLPs with their CCC, as well as strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who are passionate about supporting students’ communication needs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create inclusive, engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, identify, and document speech-language needs and progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education professionals, and families
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Support students in achieving educational and social growth through evidence-based interventions
