Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to handle financial reporting, lease accounting, and service agreement compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of GAAP principles. Experience with leases and service agreements is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, and reports. Assist in lease accounting and compliance with service agreements. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in lease or contract-based environments.
