Sales and Customer Experience Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience. Connect with customers, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and strive to make customers’ day. Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values—Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in the shop and through community engagement, hosting store parties and other initiatives. Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and deep dives into all things Lush. Team Involvement Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Take ownership of your development, assess performance, and seek feedback to elevate your skills. Stock and Inventory: Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays in real‑time based on sales. Required Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays NOTE: Candidates under the age of 18 will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program, in line with local employment and labour regulations.
