Location This is a full‑time, in‑office opportunity based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio , where you'll work closely with an experienced litigation team and gain valuable day‑to‑day courtroom exposure. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, but we are happy to train a motivated attorney who is eager to build a career in plaintiff litigation. Job Description Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. Counsel clients throughout the litigation process. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Develop trial advocacy skills through hands‑on litigation experience. Handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and related personal injury claims. Qualifications Active Ohio Bar license in good standing. Personal injury experience strongly preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Self‑motivated with an ownership mentality. Desire to build courtroom and trial experience. Ability to work effectively in an in‑office environment.
