Loan Servicing Representative

Minimizing losses through effective recovery efforts, the full-time Loan Servicing Representative will assist customers with overdue payments and inquiries while working remotely to achieve collection targets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities Contact customers to collect overdue payments and discuss payment arrangements Document all customer interactions and account activities using collection software Monitor payment trends and engage with customers showing signs of financial difficulty Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of relevant work experience in collections or customer service Strong negotiation skills with a focus on reaching mutually beneficial agreements Advanced knowledge of collections processes and applicable laws Proficiency with collection software and basic office software such as MS Office
