Job Details:


• Day/Evening 12-hour shifts from 6:40 AM to 7:10 PM with a potential biweekly shift from 9:40 AM to 10:10 PM
• Weekday and weekend call required
• Travelers are required to float as needed
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, RN License
• Pass/Fail telemetry exam required prior to start with a passing score of 80% or higher
• Required skills include: abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, administration of blood and blood products, anterior/posterior repair, code response, cystectomy, cystoscopy, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, fire safety, general OR, gynecologic robotic surgery, infection control, kidney procedures, laparoscopic assisted cases, laser safety, latex allergy awareness, malignant hyperthermia, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, specimen handling/labeling, transurethral resection of the prostate, universal protocol, urinary bladder catheterization, and urologic robotic surgery
• Special procedures include kidney transplant, Da Vinci Xi robot, hysterectomy, urological and GYN robots, percutaneous nephrectomy, robotic nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, neobladder, ureteroscopy, laparoscopic gynecology, abdominal hysterectomy, procurements, and prostatectomy
