Primary Responsibilities:Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issuesServe as a technical escalation point for complex service callsSupport access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systemsMaintain accurate and detailed service documentationEnsure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtimeProvide professional customer communication and supportAssist and support other technicians as neededBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical roleAdvanced experience with electronic security systemsPreferred Platform Experience Brivo Avigilon Verkada C•CURE Genetec Bosch Responder 5 Atles IED Notifier AscomExperience supporting multi-platform access control and video systemsStrong understanding of networking fundamentals and system integrationAbility to work independently and manage complex service calls Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Associates degreeIndustry certification(s)Basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, strong sense of customer serviceExperience using standard electrical test equipment or specialty test equipment used with network systems, AV equipment, Healthcare systems, or Security equipmentThe hourly pay range for this position is $25-40 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
