ServiceTitan CRM and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to become our in-house ServiceTitan expert. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting all things ServiceTitan, ProBook, and related operational systems that keep our company running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across multiple CRMs, software platforms, and AI-integrated tools in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong experience with ServiceTitan required Experience with ProBook or similar scheduling/dispatch software preferred Ability to multitask across multiple CRMs, operational platforms, and AI-integrated systems simultaneously Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing systems Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries is a plus Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ServiceTitan Manage and optimize workflows, automations, tags, forms, reporting, and integrations Oversee ProBook functionality, scheduling workflows, and operational processes Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide day-to-day support for office and field staff Maintain accurate customer, job, and operational data across platforms Assist with implementation and maintenance of AI integrations and automation tools Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, sales, and management teams to improve efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance Train team members on proper CRM usage and best practices Desired Skills ServiceTitan administration CRM workflow design Operational reporting Data quality Process optimization User training Permissions management Workflow automation Troubleshooting Requirements gathering Field service processes Lead management Job lifecycle Dashboard building System configuration Change management Documentation Stakeholder communication Benefits: We offer employees an outstanding compensation package with paid holidays, vacations, health and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401K with company match, AND we are EMPLOYEE OWNED (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)!
