Shift Details

This position requires a commitment to 10-hour shifts, four days a week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Call is required, including one weeknight and two weekend days per month, with potential additional coverage based on departmental needs. Flexibility to float to other facilities may also be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide thorough explanations and instructions to patients and their families.
• Utilize clinical judgment to identify and report changes in patient conditions.
• Foster a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict professionally.
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience in circulating for heavy Orthopedic, Urology, Spine procedures, and Robotics.
