In addition to providing our residents with expert service for their home's mechanical systems and appliances, you will assist with apartment renovations and other maintenance related services. In this role, you will effectively serve as one of our Team members whose focus will be providing quality services to our residents located in ---------------- The position's work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities: As a Maintenance/HVAC Technician, you will make service calls to residence's homes and provide them with expert troubleshooting and repair service to a variety of appliances, residential HVAC equipment, plumbing and other maintenance opportunities. As with all our staff, you will maintain a professional and friendly image and serve as an advocate for the company. Specific duties include: Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned Troubleshooting and repairing residential appliances and HVAC equipment, electrical and plumbing Complete Turn process of vacant apartments/homes as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager Preparing accurate daily paperwork Responsible for being on-call for emergency maintenance service Utilizing all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintaining a clean and neat service van and properly accounting for assigned tools and parts inventory Perform other duties as assigned Benefits: As a Boyd Wilson Maintenance Technician, you will be part of an evolving organization that built its reputation on providing our residents with the best possible service.
