What you’ll bring A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style. An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions. Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. You must also hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (we will guide you through the process). Bonus points for Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
