Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Allied Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help streamline manufacturing processes by applying Lean and data-driven methodologies, supporting equipment and product launches, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and waste reduction. A day in the life: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and automation systems. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes. The wish list: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). Proficient in CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and process improvement.
