Principal Data Analyst

To support a growing analytics department, the full-time remote Principal Data Analyst will provide measurement and analysis related to the member journey and growth funnel, focusing on marketing performance, acquisition conversion, and onboarding engagement. Key responsibilities Provide primary analytics support for product-oriented delivery teams centered in the Growth POD Analyze transactional business data and interpret performance metrics to connect them to organizational outcomes Develop data models for KPI reporting and engage in creative problem-solving to drive insights Required qualifications Master's degree or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of analytics experience Expertise in data warehousing, SQL, and cloud databases like Google Cloud Platform Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and dbt Proficiency in A/B experimentation and modeling marketing and transactional data
