Austin, TX (Remote within Central Texas)

6-month contract with possibility to extension

Performs complex database and application development work.

Develops design documents, user requirements, and related business processes for the expansion and renovation of the existing Loss, Use, and Conservation (LUC) application, primarily in development of new features of the Water Loss Audit (WLA) application.

Creates and validates user acceptance testing.

Serves as a liaison between business area and Information Technology Division.

Documentation will be used by a developer/programmer to update existing fields and layout of the WLA application, add an interactive questionnaire with weighted calculations based on points assigned, add a data visualization report of user submitted data including historical data, and adding a final document submittal page with prescribed recommendations and user document upload features.

Additional layout, tools, reports may be considered for the LUC and WLA application.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

2+ years of experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Power BI, etc.
