Overview The Department of Anesthesiology at Banner University Medical Group Tucson is growing and actively interviewing physician anesthesiologists to provide exceptional patient care in our new community-based model. We offer an outpatient surgical schedule with no overnight or holiday call, 100% personal performance, and a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities Care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. Provide anesthesia services in modern, technologically advanced outpatient settings at the Tucson campus, South Tucson campus, and ASC locations. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated total annual compensation ~\$545,000 (guaranteed salary + productivity, shift differentials, and value bonus).

• $50,000 sign‑on bonus.
• $100,000 loan repayment assistance available.

Qualifications Board‑Certified (BC) or Board‑Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
