Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to assist customers, answer questions, provide product and service information, and support customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people and developing valuable customer service and professional experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist customers with routine questions and service requests. Follow up with customers and prospective customers when appropriate. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Support customer acquisition and business development opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and activities. Address routine customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Friendly, professional, and customer- focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
