Job Description:

Role: SVP Next Gen Electronic Trading Lead

Location: New York City, NY, Jersey City NJ - 3 Days Onsite per week

Salary Range : $200k to $230k per annum

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Expert Core Java
• Low-latency distributed systems
• Algorithmic trading systems
• Smart order routing
• Benchmark execution algorithms
• FIX protocol expertise
• Microservices architecture
• Have experience building and highly supporting performance-sensitive, low-latency systems.
• Come from investment banks, market makers, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, or electronic trading organizations.
• Bring domain expertise in electronic trading, market data, algorithmic execution, and broader capital markets technology.
• Demonstrate both deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of trading environments.
