Accounting Manager

Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Our client is a healthcare technology firm. They seek an Accounting Manager to join their remote office. Responsibilities Oversee the month-end close process for assigned areas, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules (e.g., cost of sales, inventory, stock-based compensation, equity, cap software, and other assigned areas) Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, clarify accounting impacts, and support business needs Analyze financial statement fluctuations and ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation Coordinate with Strategic Finance to support budgeting and forecasting efforts for owned accounts and areas Drive the development and refinement of policies, processes, and internal controls for assigned areas Facilitate annual audits and compliance efforts by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring SOX readiness Implement technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency Develop and mentor staff and senior accountants by providing guidance on complex areas and supporting professional growth Execute ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned Requirements 5-8 years of hands-on corporate accounting experience Public company experience required Open to industry Experience with ASC 350-40, ASC 718, cost of sales and inventory accounting is a plus Netsuite is a plus CPA required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Hospitals and Health Care Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
