Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary The Client Advisor at South Coast Plaza serves as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional selling ceremony and high-level customer service to drive sales and build a local and international client book. This full-time retail role focuses on recruiting and developing top clients while supporting store operations and maintaining the Berluti image. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling. Present product knowledge and brand history during the selling ceremony to maximize conversions and loyalty. Capture and maintain accurate customer information and follow up on client inquiries and requests. Manage client relationships, including coordination of shipping, alterations, repairs, and post-sale service. Support visual merchandising, store housekeeping, shipping, receiving and inventory control as required. Requirements Minimum 3 years retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods. Proven ability to develop and expand a client book and deliver strong business results. Excellent communication, organization and follow-through skills; fluency in English required; second language is a plus. Passion for fashion, creativity and the Berluti brand with attention to luxury service standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
