Job Title:  Non-IT Project Coordinator – Project Intake, Operations & Process Coordination
Location: Preferred location is Minneapolis, MN; also open to candidates in San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12-month contract with possibility for extension and/or conversion to a full-time role
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Training: First 3 weeks onsite for training

 
Interview Process

• Two interview rounds
• Preferred format is in-person, though Teams interviews may be accommodated
• Round 1: Panel interview with two team members
• Round 2: Final interview with selected candidates

 
Required Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • Advanced formulas and functions
  • Complex spreadsheet creation and management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience using Adobe Workfront

Job Description
Email Marketing Project Coordinator
The Email Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and tracking of email marketing campaigns and operational initiatives. This role partners with the project manager, business analyst, campaign managers, and business line stakeholders to help manage project intake, maintain schedules and documentation, support governance and review activities, and ensure campaigns move efficiently through established processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing project management and marketing operations expertise within a fast-paced environment

 
Key Responsibilities

 

 

• ·        Manage and prioritize incoming marketing campaign requests through Workfront.
• ·        Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up details with stakeholders.
• ·        Support project management activities for marketing technology initiatives and special projects.
• ·        Partner with business line stakeholders to gather technical requirements for simple projects and coordinate campaign execution.
• ·        Conduct reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure required controls, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed.
• ·        Manage Digital Property Inventory tracking.
• ·        Serve as a subject matter resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures.
• ·        Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.
• ·        Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.

 
Basic Qualifications

• ·        Two or more years of project coordination or similar experience.
• ·        Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ·        Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and building effective partnerships.
• ·        Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues, recommend solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• ·        Experience working with workflow management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar tools to support planning, tracking, reporting, and operational activities.
• ·        Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Client Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar technologies is preferred but not required.
• ·        Experience working within a marketing or business organization in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
• ·        Experience supporting project management, marketing operations, campaign execution, or related business processes.
• ·        Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• ·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
