Senior Quality Engineer, DePuy Synthes
Johnson & Johnson
Senior Quality Engineer position supporting DePuy Synthes manufacturing operations at two Palm Beach County locations. Responsible for quality assurance leadership across manufacturing, packaging, and finished goods processes while ensuring GMP and ISO compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities
- Manage non-conformances including investigation, disposition, and closure
- Conduct CAPA activities including root cause analysis and effectiveness monitoring
- Perform audits across quality system categories to assess compliance
- Lead quality systems improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in regulated manufacturing or operations
- In-depth knowledge of risk management standards (MDSAP, MDD, MDR, FDA, ISO)
- Proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Advanced Six Sigma methodology knowledge preferred
- Understanding of change control and risk management processes
