LIHTC Compliance Specialist - Tenant Files & Regulation

Gold Coast Health Plan

Gold Coast Health Plan in New Orleans is seeking a Compliance Specialist to assist in overseeing compliance for their property management portfolio. The role includes reviewing tenant files, updating regulatory compliance, and conducting compliance risk assessments. Candidates should possess active LIHTC certification, strong organizational skills, and at least 5 years of LIHTC experience. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented and able to work independently.
