Greet residents and associates with warmth and professionalism Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, incontinence care, and linens Maintain accurate care records and document services provided per resident service plans Coordinate closely with the Resident Services team for continuity of care Help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors Support daily programming and operations of the neighborhood Other duties as assigned (full job description available) What We're Looking For: 18+ years old (or valid CNA) 1+ year related healthcare experience required Dementia training required for Ensemble Program communities (training provided) Clean criminal background check Must comply with our Drug‑Free Workplace policy Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification (or as required by state) CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing if applicable Experience with computerized resident documentation systems Apply today or just walk in — Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10am–4pm, at 5308 River Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
