Sierra7, Inc. is seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives for our Emergency Response Call Center.This is a short-term seasonal position.This position is remote work.Candidate must be a citizen of the United States.The hourly rate is $17.20 per hour plus $5.36 in Health and Welfare Benefits.Description:Managing a high volume of incoming callsIdentifying and resolving customer issues accurately and efficientlyProviding high quality response to customer inquiries and needsBuilding sustainable relationships with customers through professional communicationProviding accurate, timely, and complete information by using the right methods and toolsResponding to customer inquiries relating to client services, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure full resolutionKeeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documentsFollowing communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesResponsibilities for this position include:The agent will provide public support to people needing guidance on who to contact to resolve their situation.The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about ensuring excellence in service, responds quickly and effectively to customer inquiries, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume.
