We are seeking a temporary Receiving Clerk to support data entry related to shipment receiving and inventory management in our warehouse. This role reports to the Central Purchasing Manager & Permitting Specialist and will assist with various clerical tasks and data entry requirements. There is potential for the position to become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately for received shipments and inventory updates
- Assist with clerical tasks related to purchasing and inventory management
- Utilize standard warehouse software and ECS Davisware Vision for data entry
- Maintain organized records and inventory documentation
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams under supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data entry and inventory management
- Strong clerical and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and teamwork abilities
