We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who doesn’t just build reports—you’ll sit across from facility leaders, walk them through the numbers, and provide the guidance they need to make smarter operational decisions. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted business partner to facility and operations leaders, leading financial review meetings and translating data into clear, actionable advice Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi‑facility operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with deep variance analysis—and present findings directly to stakeholders Analyze key operational drivers (census, payer mix, labor costs, reimbursement trends) and coach facility teams on insights that improve performance Partner with the FP&A team to support month‑end close, audits, and ad‑hoc strategic projects, always with a customer‑service mindset Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5–8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, including multi‑facility support Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Proven ability to present financial information to non‑financial audiences and act as a consultative business partner Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Nice to Have Healthcare experience (SNF or long‑term care strongly preferred) Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding experience Familiarity with healthcare data systems and ERP platforms Benefits Competitive pay with full pay transparency Comprehensive benefit package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, and employee perks UKG Wallet: access your earned wages before payday Ongoing training and continuing education Clear paths for advancement within a growing organization We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
