What You'll Do

Lead and Grow - Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction

Drive Performance - Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals

Develop Talent - Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations

Customer-Centric Focus - Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success

Financial Oversight - Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics

Operational Excellence - Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity

What We're Looking For

Proven Leadership - Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role

Strong Business Acumen - Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations

People-First Mentality - Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment

Customer-Driven Mindset - Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty
