Job Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and accounting records
- Enter and update information in accounting systems
- Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis
- Utilize Sage 50 and Sage 300 as needed
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and assist with accounting-related requests
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage 300
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
