On-Site Manager

Description Abaris Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced On-Site Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 404-unit garden-style condominium community in Germantown, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong relationships with residents, working closely with Board members, and leading a dedicated on-site team.
• Experience managing condominium communities and working directly with Boards of Directors.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is a plus.
- Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience
