Duties Represent clients in securities class actions and derivative litigation. Handle M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty suits and appraisal actions. Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters. Defend accountants and professional liability cases. Collaborate with clients on corporate governance and stockholder demands. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in securities litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar of Texas.
