Bizzetta is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC . In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that questions, requests, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing their customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, orders, and general requests
• Resolve basic customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns have been properly addressed

Qualifications:
