As an Oracle Cloud Program Manager, you will lead large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud transformation programs across ERP, SCM, and HCM. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, aligning business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will serve as the central point of coordination across functional and technical teams, driving program governance, execution discipline, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Operational Management

• Lead coordination and execution support for internal strategic initiatives across Managed Services, Technical Shared Services, Product Management, AI, Observability, Automated Testing, and other operational programs
• Establish and maintain consistent program management processes, governance structures, and operating cadences across teams
• Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, status reporting, and executive dashboards
• Facilitate recurring working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional coordination meetings
• Drive accountability for deliverables, decisions, and follow-up actions across stakeholder groups
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to increase execution consistency and organizational effectiveness

Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution Support

• Partner with business, technology, operations, and leadership teams to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics
• Support development of business cases, presentations, workshop materials, and operational documentation
• Coordinate initiative intake, prioritization, and resource alignment across teams
• Assist with process definition, workflow documentation, and organizational change activities
• Support testing coordination, rollout planning, and transition activities for internal tools, platforms, and operational capabilities
• Help establish scalable frameworks for future internal product management and innovation initiatives

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

• Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, status reports, and Steering Committee materials
• Develop and manage communication plans across leadership and operational stakeholder groups
• Provide structured updates on risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions requiring executive alignment
• Facilitate discussions and drive meetings toward decisions, ownership, and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of program/project management experience, including:
• Leading cross-functional operational or technology initiatives
• Managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Supporting organizational process improvement and operational governance efforts
• Proven ability to create structure and drive execution in fast-paced or evolving environments
• Strong experience coordinating across business and technology organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to drive meetings toward decisions and outcomes
• Experience developing executive presentations, operational reporting, and documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities and ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or similar project/program management certification
• Experience supporting internal product management, operational transformation, AI initiatives, or technology operations programs
• Experience working in consulting, SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services environments
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar collaboration/project management tools
• Experience working with globally distributed teams, including North America, India, and Brazil

Compensation

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $180,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
