Senior Lab Administrator (Security/Red Team)

Immediate need for a talented Senior Lab Administrator (Security/Red Team) . This is a 18 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . Job ID:26-25196 Pay Range: $75 - $90/hour. Key Responsibilities: Seeking a Senior Lab Administrator to support the Red Team. This role is to design, deploy, and maintain a complex lab environment of various technologies to enable threat simulation, security research, and other evaluation activities that play a direct role in enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Another key responsible is coordinating with various teams to define, intake, and deliver on a variety of technical requirements. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Search Keywords - Cyber Security, Active Directory/DNS/DHCP, Security Lab/Red Team/Pen Testing, Dev SecOps, CI/CD, Linux, VMWare/Virtualization Must have 7 years of IT experience relevant to cyber ranges or research lab environments. Must have experience with CI/CD pipeline and automating infrastructure. Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various networking, operating systems, and common enterprise services. Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various virtualization and containerization solutions. Must have experience with design, deploy, and maintain various security controls and solutions. Ability to work with both programing and scripting languages. Must be able to both work independently as well as effectively work in teams. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills to be able to intake requests, develop remediation plans, and standardize run books/diagrams. Red team or Malware oriented certifications. Previous experience working in a cyber range environment is a plus.
