Retail Sales Representative

. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings. Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria. Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant. Compensation & Benefits

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission Choose your own schedule:

Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun Morning: (9AM - 5PM) or Night shifts (1PM - 9 PM)

Qualifications

Comfortable starting conversations with new people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Why Venture Home?
