Order Entry Representative Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in a manufacturing environment? Our client in Broadview is seeking an Order Entry Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing customer orders, navigating ERP systems, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage order status inquiries and provide timely updates to customers. Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, and sales teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed. Maintain customer accounts and order documentation within the ERP system. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, shipments, and order status. Assist with order tracking, inventory inquiries, and problem resolution. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-through. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of order entry, customer service, or account support experience. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required. Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system is required. Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience coordinating with production and logistics teams. Knowledge of order processing and inventory management workflows.
