Private Equity Associate, Infrastructure (US/UK) [Remote]

Build an end-to-end financial model for a synthetic infrastructure transaction and help assess peer submissions for the same deal. Key Responsibilities

• Create a working financial model from an assigned synthetic deal document pack, without using a template.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and clearly stated assumptions.
• Review two anonymized models prepared by other contractors against fixed evaluation criteria.
• Provide a brief written rationale for each review and complete the associated review scorecard.

• 2 to 4 years of total experience, including approximately 2 years in investment banking focused on infrastructure, power and utilities, or real estate or TMT M&A, followed by 1 to 2 years in infrastructure private equity.
• Currently or recently an Associate at an infrastructure-focused private equity fund or the infrastructure arm of a multi-strategy manager.
• Experience with digital infrastructure, including data centres, fibre, or towers.
• Ability to build a financial model directly from source documents.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Remote engagement for candidates based in the United States or United Kingdom.
• Expected effort is approximately 20 to 25 hours over 1.5 to 2 weeks.
• Hourly engagement.

• Hourly rate of $80 to $100.
