Infor CloudSuite ERP Architect & HRIS Integration Lead

We are seeking highly skilled Infor CloudSuite professionals to join the team!! We have two openings - one is an Infor CloudSuite ERP Architect and the other is an Infor CloudSuite HRIS Analyst to join the team. This role combines enterprise architecture, system integration, security administration, and functional HRIS expertise to support and optimize the organization’s Infor CloudSuite HCM environment while playing a key role in an upcoming 18-month CloudSuite optimization and reimplementation project . The ideal candidate(s) will possess deep hands‑on experience with Infor CloudSuite (v11+) , serving as the technical and functional expert across HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and system integrations. This individual will partner with HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, IT, and third‑party implementation partners to configure, support, enhance, and optimize the CloudSuite platform while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical and functional SME for Infor CloudSuite HCM , supporting HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Goals, Learning, Absence Management, and Global HR modules. Lead system architecture, security administration, configuration, and optimization efforts throughout the CloudSuite reimplementation and ongoing production support. Design, build, and maintain integrations using Infor Process Designer (IPD), ION, APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services , and other middleware technologies. Configure and administer Infor Operating Services (IOS), Data Lake, Replication Sets, Job Console, Process Server, Configuration Console (LPL), Spreadsheet Designer (ISD), File Creation Utility (FCU), and UI Access Policies (RBAC). Gather business requirements from HR, Payroll, and operational teams, translating them into scalable technical solutions. Support data migration, system enhancements, interface development, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and production deployments. Configure and maintain security roles, user access, permissions, and compliance standards while ensuring Payroll and HR data integrity. Develop functional and technical documentation, reporting solutions, operational procedures, and end-user training. Troubleshoot complex production issues, application performance, integrations, and security conflicts. Partner with vendors and implementation teams throughout ERP optimization, upgrades, and reimplementation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts across HR technology, enterprise integrations, reporting, and business processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Infor CloudSuite HCM (v11+) ; Lawson experience is beneficial but CloudSuite experience is required. Experience supporting end-to-end HRIS and Payroll systems , including Talent Acquisition, Candidate Experience, Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Goals, Learning, Succession Planning, and Absence Management. Strong experience with Infor Process Designer (IPD), ION, API integrations, REST/SOAP Web Services, Data Lake, Replication Sets, Spreadsheet Designer (ISD), Configuration Console (LPL), Process Server, Job Console, and UI Access Policy/Security Administration. Experience designing enterprise integrations, data migration, middleware, workflow automation, and ERP optimization or large-scale implementation projects. Strong understanding of system architecture, role-based security, reporting, data governance, and application performance tuning. Experience working with project lifecycle methodologies, testing, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Infor HCM certifications (Associate or Professional) are preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Preferred Skills Experience leading or supporting Infor CloudSuite optimization, migration, or reimplementation projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
